Summary:

ADEQ proposes amending Arizona Administrative Code (A.A.C.) Title 18, Chapter 4, Articles 1 and 2 by expedited rulemaking. The amendments are limited to incorporating federal rules by reference and updating outdated rules, specifically: R18-4-105(A) will be amended to incorporate by reference the most updated methods for Monitoring and Analytical Requirements in Appendix A of Subpart C of 40 CFR § 141; and R18-4-208(B) and R18-4-215(E) will be updated to conform to the federal frequency for sanitary surveys in 40 CFR § 142.16 and amended to reference an updated manual, respectively.
