Notice of Availability | Water Quality Assurance Revolving Fund Annual Registry Report

The Arizona Secretary of State’s office has published a notice of availability for ADEQ’s 2024 Water Quality Assurance Revolving Fund (WQARF) Annual Registry Report. This report lists sites in Arizona that may pose a risk to public health or the environment due to hazardous substances and have current or planned investigation and cleanup. Currently, there are 38 sites on the WQARF Registry: 

  • 21 in Maricopa County 
  • 8 in Pima County 
  • 2 in Gila County 
  • 1 in Graham County
  • 1 in Navajo County
  • 2 in Yavapai County
  • 2 in Mohave County 
  • 1 in Yuma County
