Action Taken

The final remedial investigation and remedial objective reports and the feasibility study (FS) work plan were completed in May 2015. The FS report was completed in July 2015 and the proposed remedial action plan recommended monitored natural attenuation (MNA) as the remedy for the site. Enhanced reductive de-chlorination injections to accelerate MNA were conducted from 2016 to 2019. The Record of Decision was finalized in 2017. Groundwater sampling results indicated that PCE concentrations continued to be either below laboratory detection limits or below the Aquifer Water Quality Standard since 2022. No municipal or private water supply wells have been impacted by the contaminated groundwater at the site and there are no current or future exposure pathways for PCE.

Status

No further remedial action is necessary to protect human health and the environment. The site was delisted from the WQARF Registry on April 10, 2025.
